Some of our providers may process data outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information stays protected in line with applicable law. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements — transaction records for up to 10 years, account data while your account is active, support correspondence for up to 3 years after a matter is closed, and marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.

Children, Automated Decisions and Shopify

The Platform is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors — if you believe we hold a child's data, contact us and we will delete it. We do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes data on our behalf; see Shopify's own privacy policy for details.
