Agreement to These Terms

Welcome to Walter and Rose. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules for using our website and everything available through it — content, features, services, and purchases (together, the "Platform"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

Who May Order

You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that any information you give us — when ordering or contacting support — is accurate and up to date. Misuse of the Platform may lead to restricted or suspended access.

Your Account

Some features may ask you to register an account. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred. We are not liable for unauthorised access that results from unprotected login details.

Placing Orders and Paying

Every order depends on acceptance and stock availability. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion — for example, orders that look fraudulent, duplicated, or that breach these Terms. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change without notice. When you complete a purchase you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including any taxes and delivery charges.

Products and Availability

Some products are online-only and stocked in limited quantities. We may change product descriptions, prices, and availability, or withdraw a product, at any time. We take care to present products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that on-screen colours, textures, or details will match the physical item exactly.

Delivery

Orders are sent through third-party carriers. Delivery estimates are given as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as carrier issues or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Returned goods must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@walterandrose.com. Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with a description and supporting photos. We will review it and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Third-Party Tools and Links

The Platform may use third-party tools, integrations, or link to external websites. These are provided "as is" for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or services.

Content You Submit

Reviews, feedback, and suggestions you send us may be used without restriction. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, ongoing licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and share it. We are not required to keep such submissions confidential or to pay for them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to break any law, infringe intellectual property, submit false information, harass or harm others, spread malicious code, collect personal data without consent, or interfere with the site's security or integrity. Breaching this section may lead to immediate suspension or termination of access.

Accuracy, Warranties and Liability

The Platform may occasionally contain errors relating to pricing, promotions, descriptions, or availability, and we may correct these and update information without notice. The Platform, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties except those that cannot be excluded under law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walter and Rose is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from use of the Platform.

Indemnity, Termination and Severability

You agree to indemnify Walter and Rose against claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. We may suspend or end your access at any time if these Terms are breached; obligations from before that point survive. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these Terms at any time, with the latest version always posted on this page; continued use means you accept the changes.
