Walter and Rose delivers to addresses within Australia. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Your total delivery time is made up of two stages — order processing plus transit. We work with reliable Australian carriers so every order is handled safely and arrives without unnecessary delay.

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (AEST) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends, or on public holidays start processing on the next business day. Every order goes through a quality check and is packed with care before dispatch — this is included in the processing time.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your door.
Every shipment includes complimentary parcel protection at no extra cost. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, email info@walterandrose.com and we'll promptly open a lost-parcel investigation with the carrier.
For any delivery issue — delays, a damaged parcel, or a missed delivery attempt — contact our support team right away. Resolving shipping problems quickly is a priority for us.
